Art-Waves invita strumentisti, cantanti, e gruppi cameristici di ogni nazionalità a partecipare alla quarta edizione del "Concorso Internazionale di Interpretazione di Musica Contemporanea" organizzato dalla Fondazione Flavio Vespasiano, nell'ambito del Reate Festival.
Il concorso è aperto a strumentisti, cantanti e gruppi cameristici di età non superiore ai 35 anni (per i gruppi cameristici si considera l'età media dei componenti).

Art-Waves invites instrumentalists and chamber groups to take part in the fourth edition of the "International Competition for the Interpretation of Contemporary Music" organized by the Flavio Vespasiano Foundation, within the Reate Festival.
The competition is open to instrumentalists, singers and chamber groups aged 35 or less (for chamber groups the average age of the members is considered).
Scholarships for 2500 € + Concerts of the winners within the Reate Festival (Rome / Rieti)

Il numero dei partecipanti effettivi è fissato in un massimo di dodici, selezionati sulla base di un video inviato dai candidati per l'ammissione.
Al termine del corso è previsto un concerto pubblico degli allievi attivi. Inoltre, il miglior allievo del corso, ad insindacabile giudizio dei docenti, potrà essere inserito nella programmazione del Reate Festival.

The number of effective participants is set at a maximum of twelve, selected on the basis of a video sent by the candidates for admission.
The maximum age for active students is 32 years.
The participation of the auditors, on the other hand, is unlimited in terms of age and number.
At the end of the course there will be a public concert by the active students. Furthermore, the best student of the course, on the unquestionable judgment of the teachers, can be included in the programming of the Reate Festival.

Last days to enter the third edition of the "Andrea Ceraso Rome Award" Composition Competition, the first Italian composition competition in terms of participants, organized by She Lives in collaboration with Eufonia Cultural Association and Imago Sonora Ensemble.
The competition celebrates, and is in memory of, the young Conductor Andrea Ceraso, who passed away unexpectedly in May 2020.
The competition is open to composers of all ages and nationalities, without restrictions of gender, ideas, religious affiliation etc.
The competition theme is the composition of a piece involving at least one of the following instruments (from the solo instrument to the entire ensemble), including all the possible combinations (duo, trio, quartet, etc.).
The instruments available are (maximum instrumentation):
- Piano – one player
- Clarinet in Bb, in A, in C (doubling Piccolo Clarinet in Eb, Bass Clarinet in Bb) – one player
- Flute – descending to B with open holes (doubling Piccolo, Bass Flute, Alto Flute in G) – one player
- 2 Violins
- 1 Viola
- 1 Cello

Il livello musicale è stato molto alto, anche per questo abbiamo ben 5 vincitori nei primi 3 posti, ed i vincitori ex aequo riceveranno il premio per intero!

First of all we want to thank all the participants who entered the competition from several countries of the world (Italy, Serbia, United Kingdom, USA, China, Romania, Poland, Singapore, Brazil, Latvia, Hungary, Spain, Czech Republic, South Korea, Moldavia, Bulgaria, Greece, Australia, Switzerland, Ecuador, Togo, Slovenia, Syria, France and Germany).
The musical level was very high, and also for this reason we have awarded 5 winners in the first 3 places, and the ex aequo winners will receive the entire prize!
Many artists deserve to bring their music to light and with great pleasure we will promote them on our social channels and in our e-magazine, some of them we point out now with special mentions, but there would be many more... we will let you know them very soon!
